Days/Hours: 5 days per week, 7:00am – 4:30/5:00pm

A private family based in Golders Green, London is seeking an experienced and reliable full time driver / cook to support their daily routine and household needs. This is a varied position combining safe and punctual driving with preparing fresh, home-cooked meals for the family.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced driver with a full UK driving licence and a safe, responsible approach on the road. They should also be confident preparing a variety of meals, organised in their work and flexible enough to adapt to the family’s daily requirements.

Duties include:

driving the family safely and reliably when required
carrying out school drop-offs and collections when needed
driving the family to appointments, activities and other destinations
planning and preparing fresh meals for the household
preparing breakfasts, lunches and dinners as required
organising ingredients and managing food shopping
preparing healthy and balanced meals to suit the family’s preferences
keeping the kitchen clean and organised
washing up and tidying after meal preparation
maintaining the family vehicle and ensuring it is clean and ready for use
monitoring fuel levels and arranging vehicle servicing when required
running household errands and collecting shopping or deliveries
managing time effectively to ensure driving and cooking duties run smoothly
using initiative to anticipate the family’s daily needs
maintaining discretion, professionalism and confidentiality at all times
