Aya Markets is the Deliveroo for African & Caribbean essentials—delivering the foods and flavours that remind people of home. We’re building something special in London, and we’re looking for reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented couriers to help us grow.

If you ride a motorcycle or e-bike, we want to hear from you first.

⭐ What You’ll Do


Pick up grocery orders from African & Caribbean markets across London



Deliver to customers within Zones 1–4 during our evening window



Complete multi-stop routes efficiently



Handle items carefully (plantains, eggs, drinks, speciality goods)



Communicate clearly with our Aya Concierge team about order updates, delays, or issues



Represent Aya with warmth and professionalism—our customers value the personal touch



⭐ What We’re Looking For


Motorcycle riders (most preferred) or e-bike couriers comfortable covering distances quickly



Strong communication skills



Experience navigating London traffic and backstreets



Reliable, punctual, and comfortable handling high-value or fragile items



Someone who enjoys being part of an early-stage, community-focused startup



⭐ Shift Details


Weekday & weekend flexibility



Main delivery window: 4:15–7:15 PM



Work is assigned based on reliability, speed, and availability



Multi-order routes are common — motorcycle riders tend to thrive here

Competitive hourly rate or per-route pay (depending on experience and vehicle type)



Performance bonuses for on-time delivery and excellent service
