Very professional service. The engineer came when arranged. He was excellent and a pleasure to have around. The cause of the trouble was quickly identified and resolved.

I received a very good service from QuickFix-Repairs today. Having chosen their 'Sometime today' service shortly after 0900, I was very when their plumber arrived at 1205 and had resolved the problem of a blocked bathroom sink by 1240. The plumber was at all times polite, courteous and informative. I had every confidence in his professionalism. I was further impressed when he when he was more than happy to do a small task outside the booked task - tightening up a slightly lose tap, which had been annoying me for some time. I would be more than happy to use this plumber again.

They contacted me quickly and got Passco Plumbing & Heating to come out the next day. The job was quickly sorted and the lad was lovely. I would definitely recommend them.

A very prompt deliverer of a solution. Very professional and at all times polite, courteous etc. I will seriously consider reengaging directly in case of future numbing issues.

The allocated heating engineer did not turn up for the repair. As QuickFix-Repairs did not arrive to fix the boiler I have requested my £190.00 returned. Louis said he had requested my money to be refunded from his accounts department. As of Tuesday 20/10/26 I have still not received the refund.
