Reproduction Oak Kingsize Bed & Half Tester
This custom made solid English oak reproduction bed has a carved Linenfold bedhead and bed end. It is fully dismantled and easy to assemble. Solid running oak plank side rails. Lathe turned finials and foot supports on all corners. Comes with x10 planed pine 3/4" x 5" cross plank supports for mattress which locate and screw into side plank supports. All fittings included.
It is wax polished and is in beautiful condition.
The half tester matches the bed perfectly and again is made in solid oak. It again has solid oak turned finials that match the bed. It has castellated detailing and also has steel curtain track to fit inside.
This is a Kingsize bed with dimensions of the bed headboard of 47 inches in height.
Base footboard height of 31 inches. Solid oak side rail planks (x2) 1" x 7.25" approx.
Please note that two of the pictures show how it looks with a mattress which is not included.
If you bought the solid oak alone at current prices it would cost you more than the price of the made bed !
