This stunning antique French Double Bed-frame is in a great used condition for its age. Hours spent on inspecting, making sure all tight, secure, sturdy, new bolts, DIY slats, cleaning and hand oiling it to enhance the real character of the wood so, there are age & usage related dents, nicks, chips, scratches, dry woodworms, wood splits and cracks. This beautiful bed will definitely be an elegant focal point to your bedroom. is a lovely example of antique craftsmanship and design. Handcrafted from solid oak wood which shows the real character of wood and finished in a natural wood stain.


This lovely bed is both versatile and luxurious in design, intricate carvings, heralding graceful curves and great carving detail on high headboard, footboard, sides and turned feet, large hand carved bouquet of roses and leaves.


The frame comes with DIY solid wood slats and centre bar for the mattress to sit on (Bed was made to fit a small double base but with slats it can fit a 4ft6 double size mattress)
