This is a KF310 model with an extremely low U Value of 0.83 for the overall door, so would suit someone looking to create an ultra energy efficient garden room or extension.
The door was unfortunately supplied in the wrong external colour, so has not been installed and is in as new condition. The door originally retails for in excess of £5,000.00.
This is a bespoke Austrian product with locking handles and opens outwards.
The door currently has 2 x 30mm knock on frame extensions so can be sized as follows:
