Stanton Miller is recruiting exceptional, highly experienced Private Housekeepers to join the established household team of a prestigious Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) family in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for polished, professional and genuinely hands-on individuals who take enormous pride in their work and understand the exacting standards expected within a luxury private residence.

We are looking for candidates who are proactive, discreet, exceptionally well-presented and able to anticipate the needs of a busy household.

Working Hours & Salary


Salary: £55,000 gross per annum, depending on experience



Five days per week, Monday to Friday



Nine-hour shifts on a rota covering 7am–10pm



Occasional weekend work when required for private events



Permanent, full-time position



No travel required



Immediate start preferred



Interviews and paid trials commencing immediately



Key Responsibilities


Maintain immaculate, five-star housekeeping standards throughout the residence



Deliver meticulous, white-glove cleaning across bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas and principal spaces



Manage laundry, ironing, pressing, wardrobe organisation and specialist garment care



Ensure the correct handling of fine fabrics, delicate surfaces, antiques and luxury furnishings



Prepare guest bedrooms, entertaining areas and reception rooms to exceptional standards



Replenish household supplies, toiletries and amenities



Assist with the presentation of the residence for private dinners, events and VIP guests



Work collaboratively with the wider household team



Identify and resolve housekeeping requirements proactively



Maintain absolute discretion, confidentiality and professionalism at all times



The Ideal Candidate


Proven experience within a UHNW private household or prestigious five-star luxury hotel



Exceptional housekeeping, laundry, ironing and wardrobe-care skills



Immaculate personal presentation, with the ability to dress in smart professional attire appropriate to a front-of-house environment



Comfortable working around principals, family members and high-profile guests



A positive, flexible, hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail



Reliable, hardworking and accustomed to demanding luxury environments



Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team



Excellent employment longevity and verifiable professional references



Ideally London-based and able to accommodate the shift rota



Available to interview and attend a trial at short notice
