Description
We are a construction company specialising in high-end residential projects in Central London.
Role Overview: We are looking for a part-time QS/Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with preparing cost estimates, tender documentation, and supporting project delivery, ensuring projects remain on budget and financially efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for high-end residential projects
Review drawings, specifications, and project documents
Assist in evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotations
Monitor project costs and update forecasts as required
Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers as needed
Requirements:
Experience in QS/estimating, ideally for high-end residential projects
Ability to read drawings and review specifications
Strong organisational and communication skills
Hours: Flexible part-time Salary: TBC
