A lovely household based in Haringey are looking for a reliable and experienced part time housekeeper to help maintain their home to a high standard. This is a regular position offering 20–30 hours per week, with flexibility around the number of days for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive and confident managing housekeeping duties independently. They should have excellent attention to detail, take pride in their work and be comfortable working in a home with pets.

Duties include:

carrying out general housekeeping duties throughout the home
cleaning and tidying bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living areas
vacuuming, mopping, dusting and polishing household surfaces
laundry and ironing
making beds and changing bed linen
keeping wardrobes and storage areas neat and organised
maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
washing up and tidying after meals
organising household items and keeping everything in its place
checking household supplies and arranging replenishments when required
being comfortable working in a home with pets
carrying out occasional additional household tasks when required
ensuring the home remains clean, organised and running smoothly
