A lovely family based in Hackney is looking for an experienced and reliable part time housekeeper to help maintain their four-bedroom home. They are looking for someone organised, hardworking and attentive to detail who takes pride in keeping a home clean, tidy and well presented.

The family have one cat, so the successful candidate should be comfortable working around pets. This is a regular housekeeping position for someone who is looking for consistent weekday morning hours.

Duties include:

carrying out general housekeeping duties throughout the home
cleaning and maintaining all bedrooms and bathrooms
dusting, vacuuming and mopping floors
cleaning and polishing surfaces
laundry and ironing
changing bed linen and towels
keeping the home tidy and well organised
maintaining the kitchen and keeping it clean and presentable
washing and putting away dishes
keeping cupboards and wardrobes neat and organised
ensuring household supplies are well stocked
general household organisation
helping with day-to-day household tasks as required
maintaining a consistently high standard of cleanliness and presentation
