A lovely household based in Westminster are looking for an experienced and reliable part time housekeeper / cook to help maintain their home and prepare fresh, home-cooked meals. This is a regular position offering 10–15 hours per week, ideal for someone who enjoys combining housekeeping with everyday cooking.

The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive and confident working independently. They should take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and be comfortable preparing a variety of meals while keeping the kitchen clean and tidy.

Duties include:

carrying out general housekeeping duties throughout the home
cleaning and tidying bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living areas
vacuuming, mopping, dusting and polishing household surfaces
laundry and ironing
making beds and changing bed linen
keeping the home clean, tidy and well organised
maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
preparing fresh, healthy and home-cooked meals
planning meals and organising ingredients
preparing light meals and snacks when required
washing up and tidying the kitchen after cooking
organising household items and keeping everything in its place
checking household supplies and arranging replenishments when required
ensuring the home remains comfortable, presentable and running smoothly
