Salary: £20.00 - £25.00 per hour (DOE)

We are looking for an experienced Cook/Housekeeper to work on a part-time basis for a couple within their private household in Hove, East Sussex.

This is a part-time position, where you will be contracted to work from 11.00am to 4.00pm 3 days per week, the couple are flexible on the exact days of work as long as they are non-consecutive.

The primary focus of the role is on preparing nutritious fresh meals for the couple. You will be responsible for grocery shopping/online orders and organising the pantry, cooking a light lunch, and preparing dinner, as well as batch cooking for the fridge/freezer so the couple have meals for the days you are not working.

Some light housekeeping duties will be required. The couple employ a Cleaner so you will not be expected to carry out deep cleaning, but you must be happy to keep the kitchen clean (including the fridge and appliances), empty the bins/organise recycling, load/unload the dishwasher, and hoover/mop the floors.

To be considered for this role you must;

Have 5+ years of experience working as a Cook/Housekeeper within a private household setting Hold the rights to work within the UK Possess (/ be willing to get) an up-to-date DBS certificate Have excellent contactable references Be fluent in English Language
