Hours: 7.00am – 8.00pm (3-hour break in the day)

Salary: IRO £45,000 gross per annum/ £660 net per week

We are looking for a Housekeeper/Cook for a full-time Live-in position in Kensington, London.

The Housekeeper/Cook will be working for a lovely family of three. The role is primarily cooking focused, with light housekeeping duties, to support the part-time Housekeeper who does the deep cleaning. There will be an element of childcare for the principals 11-year-old son, so you must be happy to support with his care and babysit when required.

The family are looking for a candidate who is organised, energetic and reliable, and experienced supporting with the smooth running of a private household to a high standard. You will be a good cook who is able to plan and prepare meals from scratch, and follow recipes.

This is a permanent contracted position. You will be contracted to work 10 hours per day, Tuesday to Saturday, ordinarily working 7.00am to 12.00pm then 3.00pm to 8.00pm.

The family travel during school holidays, but you will not be required to travel with them.

A candidate who speaks Italian, as well as fluent English would be advantageous!

The accommodation consists of own double bedroom and bathroom.

Preparing and cooking breakfast and dinner Grocery shopping Menu planning Keeping the kitchen organised and stocked with all necessary items Ensuring B11 has everything he needs for school (correct uniform, homework, bag packed etc) Supporting with general housekeeping duties Laundry and ironing Running errands Making beds and changing linen Assisting with travel preparation and packing Wardrobe management Babysitting

To be considered for this role you must;

Have 3+ years of experience working within a private household Have excellent contactable references Be eligible to work within the UK Possess (/be willing to get) an up-to-date DBS certificate Be fluent in English language
