additional fee if balcony cleaning needs to be cleaned from £20 basic cleaning and up to £100 for larger balcony or more extensive cleaning.

Our goal is to return the property to the same level of cleanliness as when the tenant first moved in for end of tenancy with guarantee service .

Painting touch ups or full painting for tenants and landlords.

We require min 48 hours cancellation notice for cancelling booking or fee will be charged of minimum £30 and if cancelled same day then half payment we will charge of the total price
