End of tenancy cleaning and deep cleaning are charged at different prices, depending on the size and condition of the property.

🔹 First clean policy:
If we have not cleaned your property before, the first clean will be a deep clean. This allows us to bring the home up to a high standard. After the first clean, we can then agree on the number of hours required for regular visits.
As every property is different, the exact number of hours can only be confirmed after seeing the property or completing the first clean.
All cleaning products and requirements can be discussed.
