Cleaners were thorough and polite. Very happy with the job they did. Communication leading up to, during and after clean was excellent. The team took the time to understand what was needed and where to focus - especially on some stubborn carpet, floor and furniture stains. I had my house deep cleaned yesterday, I’m really happy with the service, the cleaners did everything, all the cupboards in my kitchen, the inside windows, and they even cleaned the outside windows on my conservatory which I didn’t expect them to do. This is the first time I’ve had a deep clean done on my house and it won’t be the last. My house is now spotless and I’m really happy. I hired them recently for my end of tenancy clean as well and that was also spotless. Thanks chase team, all the best.

Extremely happy with the clean, the oven is great, my expired medications were sorted, bathrooms clean with detergents placed neatly, carpets were hoovered to a good standard and I recommend this company to family and friends.

They cancelled 1.5 hours after the cleaning slot was booked due to an emergency. When they found a replacement cleaner, the first words she said to me were "I don't want to be here". She then made the decision to leave my front door wide open, and when a stranger looked into my house and saw my bike in my locked backyard, she gave that bike to him on his word that "he spoke to me". The company then spent two days blaming me for the bike loss, and accusing me of being unfair towards the "poor cleaner", and that I should be grateful they even found a replacement cleaner after their first cleaner cancelled 1.5 hours after they were meant to arrive. After several hours of conversation, they finally agreed to pay me £100 (despite the bike being worth well over 200) but made sure to tell me that if they had to pay out, it would result in them having to fire the "poor cleaner". The complete lack of professionalism, the constant accusations, and complete refusal to accept blame is absolutely astonishing. Multiple of the texts from their customer service agent, Sarah, were incredibly rude, even accusing me of attempting to use this scenario to swindle money out of them. Cannot even begin to say how pathetic and unprofessional this company is.
