Description
Beautiful Golden Labradoodle / Double Doodle Puppies – Labrador × Goldendoodle
Our beautiful litter of nine Golden Labradoodle puppies—five girls and four boys—was born on 31 August 2026 and is being lovingly raised in our family home in Cheshire.
These special puppies are a cross between our KC-registered yellow Labrador, Daisy, and Buddy, a handsome F1 Goldendoodle. They are growing beautifully and already beginning to show their individual personalities.
We are looking for loving, responsible and permanent homes where each puppy will become a cherished member of the family.
ABOUT THE BREED
The puppies are Golden Labradoodles, with the following expected breed composition:
• 50% Labrador Retriever
• 25% Golden Retriever
• 25% Standard Poodle
Their mother, Daisy, is a Labrador Retriever. Their father, Buddy, is an F1 Goldendoodle whose parents are a Golden Retriever and a Standard Poodle.
As the puppies combine Labrador, Golden Retriever and Standard Poodle heritage, they may also be described as Double Doodles. We use both names while being completely transparent about their parentage and expected breed percentages.
As with any crossbreed, individual coat type, curl and shedding may vary and cannot be guaranteed.
ABOUT MUM – DAISY
Daisy is our much-loved KC-registered yellow Labrador, from champion gundog lines.
She has a wonderfully gentle, intelligent and intuitive nature. Daisy has lived closely with elderly relatives and has shown a remarkable natural awareness of people’s individual needs.
When a family member experienced an asthma attack, Daisy learned to retrieve their inhaler when it was needed. She has also lived with and offered companionship to a relative with vascular dementia, responding calmly and sensitively to the challenges this could bring.
Although Daisy is a much-loved family dog rather than a formally trained assistance dog, these experiences have demonstrated her natural empathy, steadiness and desire to help. She is affectionate and reassuring around children, older people and those who may need additional support.
Daisy’s Kennel Club coefficient of inbreeding is 3.7%, which is below the Labrador breed average of approximately 6.5%.
She has been an exceptional mother and can be seen with her puppies when you visit.
ABOUT DAD – BUDDY
Buddy is a handsome F1 Goldendoodle, born to a KC-registered Standard Poodle mother and a KC-registered Golden Retriever father. Both of Buddy’s parents were health screened before breeding, with further information available to prospective families where possible.
His mother was a therapy dog, and several of Buddy’s siblings have worked as therapy dogs in a variety of settings, including Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) and local primary schools.
This lovely family background was particularly appealing to us because we hope the puppies will inherit the calm, affectionate and people-focused qualities associated with good therapy and family dogs. However, the future temperament or suitability of an individual puppy for therapy work cannot be guaranteed.
Buddy measures approximately 67 cm at the shoulder. He lives with his family in Hertfordshire and has a friendly, loving temperament.
Although he cannot normally be met alongside the puppies, photographs and videos can be provided, and a video call may be arranged.
HEALTH SCREENING
Comprehensive Wisdom Panel DNA health screening covering more than 260 genetic conditions has been commissioned, and we are currently awaiting the results.
Once received, the results and relevant supporting information will be available to prospective puppy owners.
HOW THE PUPPIES ARE BEING RAISED
The puppies were born and are being raised in our busy family home, where they receive plenty of individual attention, affection and gentle handling.
From their earliest days, they have been taking part in age-appropriate Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) and Early Scent Introduction (ESI). Their early development and socialisation also include positive exposure to everyday household sounds, different voices, movements and daily family life.
As they grow, the puppies will spend carefully supervised time with neurodivergent children and adults during their first eight weeks. These gentle, positive experiences will be introduced gradually and always with the puppies’ welfare in mind.
Our aim is to help them become confident, adaptable and comfortable around different people and everyday situations, providing thoughtful foundations for life as loving family companions. For puppies with a suitable temperament, these experiences may also support the possibility of future therapy or assistance work following appropriate assessment and specialist training.
We are carefully observing their individual personalities as they develop so that we can help families choose a puppy whose temperament may suit their home and lifestyle.
You can follow Daisy, Buddy and all nine puppies on our YouTube channel, where we share their individual personalities, development and everyday adventures:
