Up for sale is a classic, matching set of six vintage Ercol "Fleur de Lys" (Thistle Back) dining chairs (Model 365 / 375), designed by the legendary Lucian Ercolani in the 1960s as part of the iconic Old Colonial range.

Known for their exceptional craftsmanship and timeless mid-century aesthetic, these chairs feature beautifully contoured, solid elm seats displaying a rich, pronounced wood grain, paired with sturdy solid beech frames and splayed legs. The distinctive pierced backsplat showcases the elegant Fleur de Lys / Thistle motif, bringing a perfect blend of rustic English charm and mid-century modern design to any dining room.

Condition:
The chairs are in good vintage, structurally sound condition with no loose joints or wobbles. As expected with authentic mid-century furniture, there are some light surface marks, minor scuffs, and natural wear to the original finish on the top rails and seats (as shown in photos). This beautifully patinated look adds to their vintage character, but they also offer a fantastic canvas if you choose to wax or refinish them.
