3D Lipo machine in excellent condition, worth £25,000. This has had not much use at all - it has less than 200 hours total on the clock collectively across all the handpieces, unlike the well-used machines you usually get second-hand.

Unfortunately had lots of time wasters and hasn’t been a priority to keep chasing a sale for this, but I have now dropped the price extremely low as I don’t have space for it anymore and it could be making someone a lot of money.

Ideal for therapists, beauticians, aesthetic practitioners, healthcare professionals etc. either starting a new business or looking to offer additional treatments. You can offer each treatment for £100-£200, or do courses/bundles and make back your money very quickly as these treatments are in demand.

Comes with the following attachments, providing 9 different treatments that you can offer to clients:
- Cryo (fat freezing) in small, medium and large sizes
- Dermology/endermologie
- Radiofrequency skin tightening for face and for body
- Ultrasound cavitation
- Also some extra handpieces (double chin cryo and electromesotherapy) which don’t come as standard so were bought in addition.
Also comes with: instruction manual and training material, funnels/pipes to change water, PPC ampoules, infra-red thermometer, measuring tape, ultrasound gel and spare bottles, foot pedal, emergency client stop button.
