Stunning large antique Tambour desk

Antique Tiger oak large size Tambour desk dated 1909, 5’ wide, 4’ 3” tall, 2’ 6” deep, solid and very heavy, original steel pedestal base plates and casters, all 8 drawers and secret side pull outs are full 2’ 6” depth, 98% of original pigeon hole and drawer dividers are present,
Full working lock with key, on closing tambour pegs in the pedestal rise and heavy metal hooks lock all drawers, when tambour is opened pegs are pushed down and drawers unlock, I have immobilised this feature buy placing screw to keep pegs depressed easy to reverse, desk is still in daily use , loads of storage in pigeon holes and drawers , lap top, I pad and phone chargers can be used without drilling holes in desk, the original cloth binding on reverse of tambour had perished, it has been professionally replaced with stainless steel coiled wires, both sides and rear are panelled to allow freestanding display and use.
Dismantles into 5 parts for transportation , a truly exceptional period piece of very early 1900’s solid oak craftsmanship, it will require 2 people to move it.
Condition is commensurate with its age no major or visible damage, fetching patina unadulterated condition.
