I also think it is easier to arrange anything this way, when and if both parties

Strong heavy good quality, I think commercial quality.
The drawers are a separate piece of furniture, have lock with keys, I think lower drawer takes foolscaps.
Disassembles but desktop still heavy. Two people required to collect.
Choice of two (or both) chairs to go with it.
