Head Dental Nurse

Description

Oversee and manage patient care, including dental assessments, treatment preparation, and assisting with procedures.
Supervise and support dental nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Perform front-desk administrative tasks, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and handling patient inquiries. (when required)
Maintain accurate dental records and documentation.
Collaborate with dentists and dental professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Train and mentor junior dental nursing staff.
Handle patient concerns and provide compassionate customer service.
Ensure clinic policies and procedures are followed and updated as necessary.

Requirements:

Qualified Dental Nurse with GDC registration
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well in a team
Strong organisational skills
Ability to manage a team of nurses
