Recruitment Specialist - Bermuda - Interviewing now - $114k pa. (Closing date May 7th)
For 20 years we have been placing UK based staff in roles in Bermuda. We know the island in detail - the many positives as well as the downsides to life there - and are now searching for a CIPD qualified recruiter for one of our clients based there.
If you're a qualified, experienced internal medical/healthcare recruiter and know that recruitment is more than filling roles… this might be worth a look. Knowledge/experience within a medical/healthcare setting is a definite advantage.
This is a chance to step into a high quality, well structured environment where hiring really matters. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, shape recruitment strategy, and deliver a consistently strong candidate experience across the board.

The role
• Work proactively with hiring managers to plan upcoming hiring needs
• Define role requirements, skills and competencies based on real business needs
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies, especially for hard to fill roles
• Manage the full recruitment process end to end
• Ensure all compliance steps are completed including references, screening and background checks
• Deliver a high touch candidate experience with consistent communication throughout
• Advise managers on best practice recruitment, selection methods and interview techniques
• Keep up to date with market trends and ensure processes align with local legislation
What we are looking for
• Degree in a related subject.
• 5+ years recruitment experience within a broader HR function, min 2 years in healthcare/medical.
• Strong background in sourcing, selection and stakeholder management
• CIPD or similar resourcing qualification - essential.
• Confident running structured and competency based interviews
• Highly organised, detail focused and able to work to deadlines
• Someone who takes ownership and follows things through properly
The detail
• 35 hour working week
• Salary approx $114k with very low payroll deductions.
• Based in Bermuda - employee relocation assistance.
