The Role

We are one of the best waste removal companies in London, who are looking for experienced drivers to make daily waste collections from our customers and deliver to recycling stores across London. This role is best suited to individuals with an aptitude for driving, excellent customer service skills, and a professional attitude, as you will be dealing directly with our customers as a company representative.

Main responsibilities

The successful candidates will work with the transport team to collect different kinds of waste and deliver it to the respective recycling stores.

Excellent customer service skills in person and by phone when dealing with customers
Adhere to all laws and worktime regulations
Maintain records of collection
Ensure the pickups are done in a timely manner
Ensure the vehicle is properly maintained, serviced, and cleaned to a high standard.

Person specifications

Valid UK Driving License
Age above 30 years
Physically fit and active (Sometimes dealing with heavy goods)
Customer service and communication skills
Positive and professional attitude
Able to use a smartphone, including WhatsApp and Email.
Must be Local - Maximum 5 miles from North Finchley

Experience in handyman work is an added advantage.
