Self-Employed Removal Operator / Owner-Driver – Own Van Required

Description

Movesmith is building its founding network of independent removal operators for our London launch.

We are looking for established self-employed owner-drivers and removal businesses with their own suitable van. This is a supplier opportunity, not employment. There is no guaranteed volume or requirement to accept work.

How it works

• Suitable fixed-price jobs are offered to eligible operators.

• You decide whether to accept each offer.

• No bidding against other operators.

• No lead fees, listing fees or monthly subscription.

• Your commission and share of each completed job are agreed during onboarding.

• Movesmith handles the customer booking, communication and payment.

• Road charges including the Congestion Charge, Dartford Crossing and Blackwall/Silvertown charges pass through to the operator on top, where applicable.

What you need

• Your own suitable, roadworthy and legally compliant van.

• Valid driving licence.

• Goods in Transit insurance.

• Public Liability insurance, or willingness to obtain the required cover before job eligibility.

• A working smartphone and clear customer communication.

• Reliable availability in London.

• Ability to work alone or provide your own crew for the jobs you accept.

Application and verification

Every application is reviewed. Portal access, documents and driver checks are separate stages. Only final Movesmith Admin approval makes an operator job-eligible.
