Looking for regular delivery work with strong earning potential?

Swift Logistics is expanding our local delivery team, and we're looking for reliable, motivated self-employed drivers to deliver parcels across Torbay and the surrounding areas.

Whether you're an experienced courier or completely new to parcel delivery, we'd love to hear from you.

We have established local delivery rounds, regular parcel volumes and a supportive team to help you get started.

What can you earn?

Typical gross weekly earnings of £500–£800+, depending on your route and availability.
Paid per parcel delivered, with rates agreed before starting.
Additional earning opportunities may be available during busy periods.
Payments made monthly.
£150 joining incentive for eligible new drivers, subject to qualifying conditions.
Earnings are before fuel, insurance, vehicle expenses and tax. Actual earnings vary according to the work undertaken.

What you'll be doing

You'll collect your allocated parcels from our local delivery unit, organise and load your vehicle, and complete deliveries within your assigned area.

You'll use a courier app to navigate your route, scan deliveries and record delivery photographs.

We're looking for drivers who take pride in providing a reliable, professional service.

What you'll need

Your own reliable car or van suitable for the route.
A full valid UK driving licence.
A smartphone capable of running the delivery app.
Appropriate vehicle insurance for courier delivery work, including hire and reward.
A responsible and organised approach.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your deliveries.
Previous delivery experience with Evri, Amazon, DPD, Yodel or similar is welcome, but not essential.

Working opportunities

We have regular delivery opportunities throughout the week, including Saturdays.

We're particularly interested in applicants who can offer consistent availability and are looking for ongoing work.

Route availability and parcel volumes may vary.

£150 New Driver Joining Incentive

Eligible new drivers can receive:

£50 after completing two weeks of qualifying delivery work.
A further £100 after completing six weeks of qualifying delivery work.
The incentive is subject to agreed eligibility conditions, satisfactory service standards and completion of the qualifying periods.
