Selena Courier Service is a family-run, boutique logistics company operating across London since 2007. We specialise in same-day, white-glove, legal, medical, bakery, luxury retail, PR, and client-sensitive logistics.

This is not gig-economy or mass parcel multi-drop delivery (no 100+ parcel drop days). We are selectively expanding our London network of self-employed owner-drivers who take pride in care, punctuality, and calm communication.

WORK INCLUDES

• Same-day courier deliveries across London

• Weekend coverage and scheduled daytime support

• Dedicated client routes and time-sensitive collections

• Legal document, medical, and executive logistics

• Luxury retail, PR, and artisan food logistics

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Reliable, punctual, and well-organised individuals

• Calm approach under pressure with strong attention to detail

• Clear, professional communication during live operations

• Courteous presentation when representing premium clients

REQUIREMENTS

• Vehicle: Clean, well-maintained, and unbranded Estate Car (e.g., Skoda Superb, VW Passat, Volvo V60/V90) or Small / Medium Van.

Boot and cargo space must be completely clear. (Note: Large LWB vans cannot be accommodated on our Central London routes).

• Insurance: Valid Courier Hire & Reward insurance (Goods in Transit preferred).

• Documents: Valid UK Driving Licence and Right to Work in the UK.

• Communication: Good spoken English and a smartphone with WhatsApp for live operational coordination and updates.

• Presentation: Professional attitude; plain dark clothing without visible logos preferred.

ENGAGEMENT & RATES

• Engagements are strictly on an independent self-employed subcontractor basis.

• Rates vary depending on route structure, vehicle type, distance, and client requirements.

• Reliable weekly direct bank transfers (processed 1 week in arrears).

• Initial onboarding begins on an ad-hoc trial basis; regular route allocation is determined strictly by demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and operational standards.
