JMCP Logistics Ltd is a brand-new distribution company, launching a major delivery contract on 10th October 2025 in Motherwell. We’re building a reliable, motivated team of self-employed drivers to deliver parcels across our community – and we’ll make sure you have everything you need to succeed.

✅ What We’re Looking For

We want hardworking, professional drivers who take pride in their work and customer service.

Full UK/EU driving licence (minimum 12 months held)
Strong communication & customer service skills
Physically fit and motivated for a fast-paced role
Maximum 6 points on licence
Basic English-speaking ability

✅ The Role

Parcels weigh up to 20kg maximum
Using a delivery app with pre-planned, numbered routes
Scanning, drop-offs, and collections made efficient and straightforward
