We do not buy from wholesalers because they cannot offer the levels of service, support and warranty guarantees we get directly from the manufacturers. Unfortunately, the AC market is riddled with low cost contractors many of whom are not F-Gas registered and homeowners and businesses should be aware it is a criminal offence under the Environment Act to install AC from a non F-Gas certified contractor. As with many services, you get what you pay for and this maxim is very true of AC.
