Joe and his team were just amazing very professional very efficient and reassured me with the repairs that needed doing , honest company and their costs for the works are amazing and you can trust them that they have your best interests at heart. They were lovely doing the job but follow up was awful. The old guttering which was supposed to be removed is still here and I will have to pay for disposal myself. Also one of the joints is leaking and despite numerous requests to rectify this I have had no response. Also Jo promised he would return and give me a guarantee but this has not happened . very disappointed.
