The guy was really nice, however we had paid £2000 6 weeks ago to have our windows sprayed and Michael and his apprentice used the ladders to get to the roof and they damaged some of the guttering. Alex then decided to pressure wash our sky light and I then had a leak in our conservatory which my husband had to go out and tell him to just use the hose. The fact that Micheal said that he cleans every when they were finished was without a doubt an absolute joke. When Michael knocked to get paid he said he was finished so I went to the back garden and pointed out several areas which were not cleaned. I then told him that the front drive also needed either to be swept or hosed down. This is the first ever time of our bark experience and it will most certainly be our last.
