Eddie, who came to quote from Heatseal was fantastic, came and spent time, explained the job and the costings and was very friendly, knowledgable and wasn't over-pushy. Gave a very reasonable quote and the only reason I didn't go with Heatseal was because of a very close contest with another company. Would definitely feel confident using these guys though.

Very poor communication and workmanship. They are very pushy to get the job saying the provide excellent installation and customer service. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Heatseal Insulation Ltd were brilliant from their first contact with us . They were very sympathetic to our worries and concerns and genuinely listened whilst we explained everything. When the surveyor came round she was amazing , explained everything in detail and at the same time ensuring we understood step by step as to what happens next , answering all our questions ,and advising without hesitation . After all was explained and every concern checked /rechecked , we were then given a quote with absolutely no pressure. The team put us completely at ease throughout,which is why we made the choice to go with them (we had received other quotes ) . when the team came they were friendly and explained exactly what they would be doing. They got straight to it , again answering all questions that were asked. They left everything clean and tidy before leaving . we're very pleased we decided to go with this company.
