Salary: OTE 45,000+

Location: Ellington, Cambridgeshire

Working pattern: Full-time, permanent

We're looking for an Agricultural Service Technician to join our Ellington team. Whether you're an experienced agricultural engineer or ready to take the next step in your career, this is a chance to work with some of the most advanced agricultural technology on the market, with industry-leading training and support behind you.

No two days are the same. You'll split your time between our workshop and customer sites, diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, servicing machinery and helping customers get the most from their equipment.

What you'll be doing

Diagnosing and repairing agricultural machinery and equipmentCarrying out servicing, maintenance and inspectionsWorking with modern diagnostic systems and precision farming technologyPreparing new and used machinery for customer deliveryDelivering high standards of workmanship in workshop and field environmentsSupporting and mentoring apprentices and traineesCompleting service documentation and job records accurately What you'll bring

Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systemsStrong problem-solving skills and a practical mindsetA commitment to delivering excellent customer serviceThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamExperience using diagnostic equipment and following technical proceduresA full UK driving licence Desirable but not essential:

Experience working for a franchised dealerExperience with root crop machinery, drills, fertiliser spreaders and sprayers What's on offer
