Service Advisor
Location: Exeter
Salary: GBP32,600 per annum
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm or later shift options available, plus Saturdays mornings on rota
Join a busy commercial vehicle dealership as a Service Advisor, delivering excellent customer service while coordinating workshop bookings, repairs and vehicle handovers.
Key Responsibilities of a Service Advisor:
Booking customers and accurately recording vehicle faultsManaging workshop loading and raising job cardsKeeping customers updated on repair progress and completion timesExplaining repairs, service requirements and warranty informationArranging payments, vehicle handovers and MOT inspectionsPromoting aftersales services and service contracts Skills and Qualifications for a Service Advisor
Essential
Excellent customer service and communication skillsStrong organisation and attention to detailAbility to manage bookings and prioritise workloadsProfessional approach to handling customer queries and payments Desirable
