Description
Service Advisor
Basic Salary GBP27,500 to GBP32,000
OTE: Up to GBP40,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am–5:30pm, 1 in4 Saturday 8:30am–12:30pm
Location: Gloucester

Responsibilities of a Service Advisor
Arranging Service Department bookings.
Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans
Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor
Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor
Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
Previous experience Upselling
Full manual UK Driving License – Subject to drivers check
