We are actively recruiting on behalf of our client for a Group Support Vehicle Service Advisor position, covering Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, and Worcestershire. This role is ideal for an experienced Service Advisor seeking variety, excellent remuneration, and the opportunity to work within a successful franchise dealer group. The Group Support Vehicle Service Advisor will be responsible for providing seamless customer service across multiple dealership locations, ensuring efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.

Greeting customers and booking vehicles into the Service DepartmentLiaising with technicians and workshop staff to monitor work in progressAdvising customers on additional work and providing regular updates during repairsPreparing invoices, processing payments, and completing vehicle handoversDelivering exceptional customer service at all timesCoordinating repairs and service schedules across multiple locationsEnsuring compliance with manufacturer standards and warranty proceduresRequirements:

1-2 years' recent Service Advisor experience in a dealership or garage environmentStrong communication, organisational, and IT skillsFull UK driving licence with minimal pointsAbility to work across multiple dealership sitesFamiliarity with Kerridge and warranty processes is desirable but not essentialThis is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Service Advisor to contribute to a thriving dealership group while advancing their career.
