We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable franchise-approved commercial vehicle dealer group with multiple sites nationwide, for the position of Vehicle Service Advisor at their Oxford dealership. Engage with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and excellent customer serviceManage the booking in and scheduling of vehicle servicing appointments in line with workshop capacityKeep customers informed of vehicle progress proactively and accuratelyIdentify customer needs, produce comprehensive quotations, estimates, and invoice documentationExplain work carried out to customers clearly, highlighting additional service opportunities where appropriateProduce warranty job cards following manufacturer policies and proceduresRecord all work requirements accurately, categorising retail, warranty, internal, and non-chargeable repairsLiaise with the Parts Department to ensure the availability of required partsAssist in assessing vehicle issues and providing solutions that meet customer expectationsRequirements of the Service Advisor:

Proven experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor or similar role within the automotive industryStrong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionallyOrganisational skills with proficiency in IT; experience with Kerridge/Keyloop is desirableFull, clean UK driving licence with minimal pointsAbility to work in a team environment, prioritise tasks, and handle administrative duties accuratelyKnowledge of warranty procedures and commercial vehicle operations is advantageous but not essentialThis is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional seeking to progress within a well-respected organisation that values its employees.
