Permanent Full Time

Monday to Friday: 8:00am 6:00pm

1 in 3 Saturdays: 8:30am 12:30pm

Our client, a busy main dealership, is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their established Aftersales team.

The department currently has two Service Advisors and is looking to appoint a third. With the team handling approximately customers per day, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor who is comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

Welcoming customers and providing a professional and efficient service. Booking vehicles into the workshop and accurately recording customer requirements. Managing customer expectations throughout the service and repair process. Liaising closely with Technicians and Workshop Control. Providing customers with regular updates on the progress of their vehicle. Identifying additional work and discussing repair requirements with customers. Preparing and explaining invoices to customers. Maximising customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat business. Ensuring all relevant systems and customer records are kept accurately updated. Your Background & Skills

Previous Service Advisor experience within a main dealership is essential. Experience working within a busy Aftersales environment. Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent organisation and attention to detail. Confident discussing technical information and additional repair work with customers. Kerridge RTC experience is preferred. ServiceDoc experience is advantageous. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple customers simultaneously. Professional, customer-focused and commercially aware approach.
