Our client, a reputable franchise-approved car dealership located in Trowbridge, is seeking a dedicated Vehicle Service Advisor to join their team on an initial 6-month maternity cover contract.

Greet customers in the Service Department and provide excellent customer serviceManage workload and customer deadlines by allocating tasks effectivelyLiaise extensively with service workshop to chase work in progressKeep customers informed of vehicle repair and service progressUpsell additional products and services where appropriateCollaborate with the Aftersales Manager and team members to ensure customer satisfactionLiaise with vehicle manufacturers to authorise warranty repairs and understand warranty procedures (advantageous but not essential)Maintain accurate records and ensure cohesive communication across departmentsRequirements:
