We are currently seeking a highly motivated Service Advisor to join a reputable family-run car dealership in Dartford, Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to advance their career within a well-established and supportive environment.

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional customer service as a Service AdvisorBook and schedule service appointments efficiently and accurately in line with dealership proceduresAdvise customers on service and repair requirements, maintaining transparency throughout the processComplete all relevant paperwork and update electronic management systems correctlyUpsell additional services and products to enhance workshop productivityLiaise with workshop staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of servicesRequirements:

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Service Advisor or within a similar automotive customer service roleGenuine passion for delivering high levels of customer satisfactionOrganised, detail-oriented, and efficient in managing multiple tasksStrong communication skills and a professional attitudeExperience with Kerridge or main dealership management systems is preferred but not essentialA keen interest in the automotive industry and a proactive approachIf you are looking to develop your career with a respected dealership and meet the candidate profile, we want to hear from you.
