What you'll do:

Be the first point of contact for pre-sales and stock enquiries, ensuring every customer interaction is exceptionalPrepare accurate customer quotationsManage sample requests with precisionProcess incoming orders swiftly and accuratelyKeep audit trails and paperwork spot-on and compliantFollow up with customers to measure satisfaction and build lasting relationshipsWhat we're looking for:
