The Role

As a Remote Market Research Interviewer, you will:

Conduct telephone interviewsEngage with a wide range of people and gather valuable opinions and feedbackAccurately record responses using online systemsMaintain high standards of professionalism and qualityBuild rapport and create positive conversations with respondentsRequirements

Reliable broadband internet connection with ethernet cable connectionQuiet working environmentComputer or laptop: Windows 10 or newer or Macs with Apple Silicon chips (M1, M2, M3 etc.) released after 2020USB headset with working microphone

Confident communicators with a friendly telephone mannerComfortable speaking with people from all backgroundsReliable, organised and self-motivatedAble to work independently from homeComfortable using computers and web-based systemsPrevious experience in customer service, administration, contact centres, retail, hospitality, or telephone-based roles would be beneficial, but full training will be provided.
