Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Referrals Coordinator on a temporary basis, for an organisation to assist in the management of the referral process.

Duties of the Referrals Coordinator role will include, but is not limited to:

Support the management and recording of incoming housing referrals.Assist in allocating placements based on risk, needs, suitability, and financial considerations.Provide clear information to referrers and applicants about the referral and assessment process.Process and issue referral information packs as required.Liaise with project teams to ensure smooth coordination of referral activity.Ensure all required documentation is requested, received and recorded accurately.Support the preparation of reports and collation of referral-related data.Accurately input and maintain referral information within the housing management system.Essential Requirements for the Referrals Coordinator:
