Position: Full–time

We are looking for an Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in China on a short–term contract.

The role mainly involves communicating with UK customers through online chat and messaging platforms. We are looking for someone with fluent, natural English and a good understanding of British communication styles and customer expectations.

Communicate with UK customers online Respond to customer enquiries professionally Provide information about products and services Assist with general customer issues Follow up with customers when required Maintain a high standard of customer service Requirements

Fluent or native–level English Strong understanding of British English and UK communication styles Excellent written and verbal communication skills Friendly, patient and responsible Comfortable using online messaging platforms Able to live and work in China for approximately 3 months Customer service or sales experience preferred, but not essential Salary & Benefits
