Job Details:

Pay: Up to £30,000 per annumHours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pmDuration: PermanentBenefits: Standard pension, 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (increasing with length of service), genuine progression opportunities into Account Management as the business grows Job Role: As a Key Account Executive, you will support Key Account Managers with the day-to-day management of customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service is delivered at all times. The successful Key Account Executive will handle client enquiries via telephone and email, resolve issues efficiently and demonstrate ownership when problem solving. Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Key Account Executive, Account Executive, Account Manager, Client Executive or similar client specialist roleExperience working with large, bespoke client accountsStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCustomer-focused approach with the ability to build strong client relationshipsAbility to work independently and demonstrate autonomy when resolving issues Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

Previous experience within the Waste Management or Recycling industry Additional Information
