Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Pay Rate: £12.79 per hour

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

08:00 - 16:00

12:00 - 20:00Saturday & Sunday

08:00 - 18:00

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Dutch Speaking Inbound Sales & Customer Service Agents to support customers of Centre Parcs, Pierre et Vacances and Maeva. If you have a passion for sales, enjoy speaking with customers, and thrive in a target-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Handling inbound sales and customer service enquiries.

Converting customer enquiries into confirmed holiday bookings.

Identifying opportunities to upsell upgrades, activities, extended stays, and additional products.

Managing booking amendments, cancellations, and confirmations.

Delivering outstanding customer service while achieving individual and team performance targets.

Building rapport with customers and creating memorable holiday experiences.

What We're Looking For

Fluent Dutch and English language skills.

Proven sales experience, ideally within travel, hospitality, retail, telecommunications, or contact centre environments.

Strong ability to influence, convert, and close sales opportunities.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

Understanding of contact centre KPIs and performance measures.
