Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to analyse customer needs effectively.

Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.

- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.

- Assist customers with free boiler/insulation eligibility process, modifications, and cancellations.

- Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.

- Maintain a positive attitude while managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.

- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery processes.

We'll provide you with full training, as long as you bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Requirements

- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone.

- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.

Working hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
