Description
Customer Service Order Processor
Location: Rochdale
Rate: £12.30 per hour
Contract: Temporary to Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Start: Immediate
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Order Processor to join our client’s busy and supportive team in Rochdale. This is a great temp-to-perm opportunity with immediate starts available.
Customer Service Order Processor Key Responsibilities
Accurately process and input customer orders
Update delivery details and track order progress
Check stock availability and liaise with the warehouse team
Handle customer queries professionally via phone and email
Provide product and order support to customers
Perform general administration and data entry tasks
Customer Service Order Processor Requirements
Previous customer service experience, ideally in order processing
Strong communication skills – confident on phone and email
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Able to work effectively as part of a busy team
