Customer Service Operator

Description

Senior Salmon are looking for multiple Customer Service Operators to work within our clients busy office (with the possibility of 1-2 days WFH after training) in South Normanton.

Duties will include:

• Provide Customer Care at the highest level to ensure maximum customer satisfaction

• Maintain a good knowledge of policies and procedures

• Advise Supervisor or Manager of any instance requiring special attention

• Answer all calls within 7 seconds

• Support all other Customer Care areas as required

• Priorities work accordingly

• Manage urgent order requests and priorities accordingly

• Liaise with operational colleagues regarding special order requests

• Process orders within the agreed timescales

• Complete and share client reports daily, within agreed timescales

• Process orders accurately

• Liaise with Clients in a professional manner

These positions are in a high pressure fast moving environment and candidate MUST have experience xjnqpsq working with Customer Service from within a call centre environment and only product training will be offered, candidates without this experience will not be considered

Offered on a temp to perm basis through Senior Salmon these positions will become permanent for the correct candidates.
