We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Managing customer enquiries via phone and emailResolving issues efficiently and professionallyMaintaining accurate records and updating internal systemsWorking collaboratively with internal teams to support the customer journeyIdentifying ways to improve customer satisfaction and processesKey Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing roleStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGood problem-solving ability and attention to detailComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentExperience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and familiarity with business tools such as Microsoft 365; knowledge of Sage is advantageousWhat We Offer
